Cranberry Apple Smoothie Bowl

Cranberry Apple Smoothie Bowl – serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 - 1 cup milk (your choice)

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen cranberries

  • 1 cup diced apple

  • 6 oz. plain yogurt (your choice)

  • ¼ cup low-fat granola

  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries

  • ½ cup diced apple

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Combine milk through yogurt in a blender and puree. Pour into two bowls and top with granola, hemp seeds, fruit and cinnamon.

 

 

Nutrition Info:

303 calories, 10g fat, 44g carbohydrates, 8g fiber, 11g protein
