Cranberry Apple Smoothie Bowl – serves 2
3/4 - 1 cup milk (your choice)
½ cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup diced apple
6 oz. plain yogurt (your choice)
¼ cup low-fat granola
2 tablespoon hemp seeds
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
½ cup diced apple
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Combine milk through yogurt in a blender and puree. Pour into two bowls and top with granola, hemp seeds, fruit and cinnamon.
